When you store your files on your computer, you have to determine the
particular projects they are attached to. For example, do they belong under
work, taxes, or hobbies?
Next, you have to describe what your document is all about. What is its
purpose? Finally, you have to include its version number. When you choose
file names for your documents, choose ones that are clear and direct. Do not
go with ambiguous or nonsensical file names because they might only make
it hard for you to search for them.

Transfer your photos, videos, and other files in a USB or hard disk drive to
free up memory space in your phone.

To-do lists are great because they help you identify the tasks that you have to
deal with. However, keeping your to-do lists on paper can increase the clutter
in your home.
Fortunately, you can use the cloud to store your to-do lists. Cloud-based
services will let you add items, check off completed errands, and review daily
tasks. They will also help you increase your productivity and let you access
your to-do lists on various devices. You can download and edit your lists
from anywhere, as long as you have an Internet connection.
Keep Great Ideas
Everybody can come up with a brilliant idea. Surely, you have had amazing
ideas before. However, if you are like most people, you probably wrote down
your ideas on paper. You should know that this is not good practice because
it does not involve a regular system and it is easy to lose ideas written on
paper.
When you write on paper, there is a tendency for you to lose the paper or
smudge the ink all over it. This is why you have to select a device wherein
you can store your ideas, thoughts, and musings. Afterwards, review your
entries and decide which ones you are going to keep.
Have A Getting Out-The-Door
Routine In The Morning
Before you go to bed at night, you should compile everything you need for
the following day. Then, place them in a central location. That way, upon
waking up the following day, you can easily spot the things that you need.
You can organize your paperwork, bag, books, gym clothes, snacks, and
personal items such as your wallet and car keys. This evening habit lets you
avoid stress and makes your mornings smoother.
